All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.

Policy for Complaints

The following process constitutes the written policy for how students may file a complaint with the department for any violation of the rules:

The complaint must be made in writing and addressed to INHS.

The review of the complaint will be performed first by the President who will determine whether the complaint can be addressed immediately or whether it needs to be addressed by a Review Committee comprised of members of the advisory board and staff members.

The resolution of the complaint shall include:

*Steps that need to be taken to resolve the issues presented.

*Actions taken by the President or the Review Committee.

*Actions taken by the complainant to conform to the recommendations by the President and the Review Committee.

The results of the resolution process, depending on the complexity of the complaint, will be documented in writing and filed in the records of the INHS Institute.

Follow-up must be done with the complainant after one week, to verify that the issues were adequately resolved.
